I just went through this same thing on my 2007 A4. Started with P0171, then added P0300 - 0304 and P0507.
Call the dealer.
They replaced the PCV, the Air Intake Flapper and the breather tubes - $0
There is an extended repair campaign or something like that extending the warranty on these components to 120k.
If you're not sure, call Audi USA first.

Thank God for this forum, mine started acting up and i stopped by a Autozone to run the codes real quick and luckily ran into this. Called audi usa and they told me to take it to the dealer and they will fix it for free.

Just had both of these codes pop up simultaneously on my Audi TT 8J. Solution was replacing the Crankcase Vent Valve, Crankcase Breather Hose and the Oil Dipstick as it somehow broke after 118,000 miles. Less than $400 for it all and the car has ran without any sign of the codes ever since. Hope this helps.
