Default Front or center engine mount 2003 A6 3.0

where can I find the spongy looking thing that looks like a center engine mount on the A6 3.0 2003 car. Mine is shot. it's the software material that you can see when you put the car in service mode. not usre if it's a engine mount or not. just wondering what it will do if it's shot?? will teh engine shack a little bit?? it's not a problem I just want to replace it and I need to know what's it's call or where to get one.. Dealer has no clue.. looks like it's pushed on , on the engine side and when the front is put back in normal mode it pushes in under radiator.

I bought the following mount for my 3.0, supposedly a replica of the APR polyurethane snub mount.

Hmmm, that kind of looks like it, Did you have to put the car in service mode to install it?? this is the mount in teh front center and under the radiator. Has the spongy thing originally. The discription sound like what I need. I'm getting a funky shake when I drive the car almost feels like a tire out of balence but is not consistant. Not real bad though.. just trying to get rid of the vibration... I think mine is shot..

Mine was shot at 90,000 miles, cracking, splitting, and very spongy. Service position is needed to install the mount *correctly*. This involves tightening the mount on block side, but leave radiator side loose, start engine let idle a couple minutes, then center and tighten the radiator side mount.

New mount drastically reduced vibrations afterwards.

There is a write-up in the archives on replacing the snub mount without putting the car in service position, but I think it must have been for a 2.8 or 2.7T. There must be more clearance on the 2.8/2.7T than the 3.0 because I spent more time trying to wedge the new mount in per the "short-cut" instructions to no avail than it took to put the car in service position and install the mount correctly. Having just done this on a 3.0 a month ago, my advice is to skip the short-cut (I'm positive it won't work on the 3.0) and just do it the correct way by putting the car in service position.

I just did the timing belt and had the in service mode. I think that's part of my problem, a very little shake. Makes the car feel loose when driving it. Thanks for your help, I'll have to go buy one. and put it in.
