Is this guy a scam??

Anyone know what the story is with this person?

Been on the forums since 2013. Only 33 posts and selling headlights for retrofitting at rock bottom prices. I came across a seller on Ebay using the same exact pics and prices so its got to be the same guy. Even claiming plug and play capability in his private messages. Which we know is unrealistic.
