How did you guys undo the bolt holding the rotor in place? Mine didn't budge so I've been driving around with 200k mile rotors.

another vote for adam's rotors. paired with stoptech ceramic pads, I believe street performance. they have been really great so far. I love the look of the rotors, I went with regular dimpled.

Use an impact driver. Then, once you get the screw out you will need to get the biggest hammer you have and wack the center hat of the rotor to break it free (a tip I learned from 4Dr1ver4, bigger hammers are usually the solution).

I've been using Zimmerman rotors & OEM Pads supplied by emiparts.com for the past 3-4 brake jobs I've had done. I don't like Akebono's as they don't seem to have the instant stopping power I need in the land of whitetail deer & manure spreaders I live in! Whatever pads Andrew at EMIparts.com supplied me with they seem easier to modulate then stock AUDI but still have instant grab, albeit with plenty of brake dust!
