99 a4 NEED HELP locating fuel system fuse, relay ,etc

my 99 a4 quattro 2.8 fuel pump is not ? working how do i troubleshoot ,( starting with the basics) fuses, relays, etc? (what i need is to know the location, as i do not have a manual
