Im six 3 and have been driving a8's for almost 10 years will I fit height wise in an s5 drivers seat? Thanks

I have a friend ( who coincidentally was integrally involved in the birth of audiworld) who drove an a5 and he had no issues as long as no one was sitting behind him.

you'll be fine, I'm 5'11" and don't have my seat anywhere near all the way back.

6-1 here. No issues as long as you don't plan to put anyone behind you. Width is likely to be an issue before length is.

I'm 6'4" with 35" inseam and I have to put the seat at its lowest setting only when wearing a helmet for track days. Seat isn't even all the way to the back stop.

Just bot a 2012 S5. I am 6'4. I have the seat all the way and all the way down and it works fine. I came out of an A8--2011. s5 doesn't have that kind of room for sure--but it is adequate--and comfortable. I might like it lowered by an inch but no more than that
I do sacrifice being able to put the driver side rear seat down for increased trunk-even with the head rests removed---no big deal since that's the singleton seat (whereas the rear passenger side and center console is one unit (thus 60-70% of the rear seat) andt lowering those does not interfere with the driver's seat.
One note--have the seat that far back and low--I find that the side of the seat rubs against the console and "squeaks". Solution is apparently to find some adhesive cloth tape and stick that to the console--supposedly eliminate the problem Now I just have a towel stuffed between them--the squeak is annoying
