Hi,

I am new to audiworld! I have recently acquired a used 2012 Q5 with s-line trim. The issue I am having with my car right now concerns the MMI not showing my contacts from the phone. I am wondering if it is because of me using ios7 and it being the older generation MMI platform. I also tried adding contacts manually and it does not save it. Also the navigation doesn't seem to want to save addresses can only input them or access previously found.

Anything would help thanks!

Sometimes mine will show a bunch of blank contacts so it looks like nothing is there but if you scroll down the real ones may show up

I would also make sure you have deleted the old phones that were connected via bluetooth.

Then I would try repairing your phone again

Have you tried rebooting the MMI?
