It’s been getting progressively dimmer on the commute, and with winter approaching, it seemed like now was the right time to swap out.

Sylvania recommends changing headlights every two years, I have no idea how old the bulbs were.

I enlisted my wife’s help, because her hands are smaller, and luckily, we’re still married.

let me help you out.... just jack the car up and remove the wheels, remove inner fender liners and access that way. We spent over 2 hours struggling with the top-down access method, once we bit the bullet and removed the liners, it was infinitely smoother.

ps, this is a stupid design.

this is just a silly trend in modern cars... like even our Chevy Malibu requires removal of the bumper fascia and headlight assembly to change a headlight bulb, very sad.
