While going through the manual, I just noticed the jack and tools are missing, as well as the cable to connect the ipod. Headed to the dealer tomorrow morning, is there anything else that I should check for ? (Tow hook missing too)

cross bars for the roof rack

Got those, are there any tools to install them ? I haven't tried yet, but there are just two cross bars

There should be a black tee handle tool in the glove box to install the roof rack. Make sure the emergency key is in the compartment on the right side of the glove box. Your dealer should have shown you these if he was doing his job.

found the tee handle tool says 6Nm on it. (is that the one?)

Obviously wasn't doing his job, needless to say I will be upset when I get there in the AM. thank you!

Just ask him to show you where all the items for an emergency are located. The tool kit is in a hidden compartment by the spare tire. While he is at it, show you how to use the tire compressor as well. Good luck tomorrow.
