I noticed before my purchase there wasn't a sunglass holder but I'm pissed it's included in the Prestige model. Coming from my previous car (Camry) the storage room in the A6 is lacking.

Can it hold a cigar? The elite who can afford a Prestige (lol) may want to stash a fine Cuban there for an "emergency"

Maybe a Robusto but certainly not a Corona.

I'll have to sit in a Prestige the next time I'm at the dealer. I have a Premium Plus and just assumed that the stuff I was missing were minor, like the different rear valence that comes with the sport package. My previous car was a B8 S4 Prestige, and the main difference back in 2010 when I bought that car was that Prestige included the B&O, 19" Peelers, Start/Stop, rear camera/parking sensors, and I believe the Nav. With the exception of the Start/Stop, I think all of the other stuff could have been added to a Premium Plus a la carte. I'm genuinely surprised that on the A6 there are actually legitimate build differences between the two levels. I actually think that's a good thing for folks who paid extra for the Prestige. By 2011/12, the Prestige trim was a joke on the B8 S4. Hell, by 12/13 they had even removed the 19's from the package.

Not to be picky but, actually on the A6, the different body colored rear valance along with the rest of the S-Line design, (i.e. different front bumper, gloss black front grill and flared side rocker panels), is included with the Prestige trim, not the Sport package.

I guess I've been lucky that my sunglasses fit in the holder in my A6. I did switch from polarized to a non-polarized version to better see the HUD though.

Acura did the same thing - I was used to the sunglasses holder in the Accord and TL, then they removed it in the RL.

There are no motors. The pressure of the fluid extends the nozzles which are attached to the covers. That moves them out of the way.
