Bay Area Service
Bump...
Just relocated from Portland to E Bay, and am looking for a good shop. I took my car into Livermore Audi yesterday for a 15k and was not impressed--reservation and SA contact process was awful (they lost my appt), twisted my arm hard to buy Audi Care, it took 30 minutes to drop off my car, and they didn't call me to let me know it was done.
I've heard Stevens Creek might be decent, so will try them next time.
Would like to find an independent shop going forward.

I've taken my 2013 A6 to Stevens Creek Audi for service twice: once for 5K service, and later for two minor warranty issues. They were timely, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough, with no sales pressure whatsoever. I would recommend them.
