Well I'm debating a return to Audi after a short stint on the dark side. Drove an S6 yesterday and loved it, but focused (rightly so) on driving, steering, and suspension dynamics. I actually left the MMI screen closed intentionally. With that in mind, I have one nagging question regarding MMI and the center screen. I normally listen to BT Audio from my iPhone or Sirius, and on the M3 it displays song/album info on a small sub-screen to the right of the map or primary iDrive display. Can I display this info on an S6's center cluster display? On my B8 S4 I could display song titles but XM radio would only show the station name and no song titles. What media info can be displayed on the instrument cluster display? Thanks for the help!

I switched from a e92 m3 to s6 as well.
The center dash in between the gauges will display full audio details

Wow, looks great from your sig, only issue is I really only want black or blue - I'm a glutton for dark cars. Thanks though.

As you can see from my sig, I have both an S6 and an e92 M3. Totally different driving experiences IMO. The S6 does not have the M3's dynamics, screamer engine, and wired-to-your-nervous-system feel. The luxury, features, comfort, stunning interior design and crazy effortless speed capability of the S6 are all beyond the M3, however. If I had to have only one car, it would be my S6. I feel quite fortunate to have both, but if not, I would still take a lesser second car, (say an A4) plus my M3 over the S6 alone.

E46 M3 was a funner car to drive than the E90/2 M3's. even if the car is a slower, it feels more like a raw and funner than the E9X's ones. I had a E46 M3 and after driving the E92 many times, i preferred the old one and didn't buy an E92. hopefully with the F30 chasis they made it right again.

Great conversation. I used to have an e46 M3 and an RS6. It was the same then. The M3 was hardwired to my nervous system and the RS6 was a rocketship formed from solid piece of steel with an awesome interior. Bought the e90 M3 as a compromise between the two. Turned out to not have the qualities of either. Haven't figured out which Audi I'm coming back to, yet.
