Default started at 5pm, finished by dark, around 9pm.

start with the center console. slide seats all the way forward, remove two screws on each side of the console. Second, remove cup holder carpeting, remove all screws down there. Yank up on the hand brake, and remove the plastic handle. Thirdly, pop the wood around the shifter off, and loosen and remove the exposed screws. Console should wiggle out with parking brake up.

For the center console, start by popping out the air vents. This will expose 4 8mm bolts. Remove them. Pull radio if you have the tools, i didn't, left it in. remove climate control trim and head unit. remove ashtray. Find the carpeted panel by the gas pedal, unscrew that. Remove the seat heater/foglight/defrost/ and hazard switches, as well as teh associated 8mm bolts. Console should wiggle out now. It can be done without removing the radio.

This is from memory, but if you work slowly, it should be pretty obvious what has to come out. good luck.

Default Taking out the center console is unnecessary. I only removed driver side lower panel, and

the glovebox.
That way I could get to the ducts that need to be removed and to dismantle the linkage to the AC-servo motors. That's all I did inside the car...

That flap is linked to the re circulation flap behind the glove compartment.
It will close when the re circulation flap opens.

Default It should not move by hand.

The flap is connected to a motor/sensor in the box above it preventing "free movement".
