Stasis ECU update does not void the Audi warranty but they do not have a unti out yet right?

I saw Achtuning has an upgrade that says 560 hp. They are out of Redmond Washington. Anyone used them before?

I just ordered my car last Saturday so just looking into this.
On the ACH unit though they showed stock hp as 480on on their test car.

There's a ton of threads about the Statis stuff, and it's a bit complex. Here's the Coles Notes:

Stasis tune voids the Audi warranty (like any other ECU re flash would) for any parts affected by the tune

Stasis provides their own REPLACEMENT warranty for the factory parts nullified by their tune, but that is only good as long as they are in business

Stasis tune not actually available for S7 at the moment anyways

APR bumps you to 560 HP and 580 TQ
0-60 in 3.5
(On 93 Octane)

Am I mistaken or didn't you try to do the APR last year only to find out that your ECU was not yet compatible with their program? Has that changed?

Got my APR Tune on Monday

IT IS AMAZING... changes the driving characteristics of the car immensely

1) The POWERRRRRR... the car pulls so much harder, like a Freight Train, after the first second (once the boost builds)

2) The throttle "lag" is gone: seems like the car responds much quicker, and decisively to throttle inputs

3) Shifts happen decisively, with so much more power available immediately into next gear. I've already had wheel spin 1st to 2nd couple times (on mostly dry, but winter roads)

SO HAPPY I got it done

ENJOY

How long did the flash take? 2-3 hours?
Did you play with the Valet setting? Would not use often but it would give me peace of mind.

It was about 3 hours, but I ended up just leaving the car for the day while I was at work

I haven't played with the valet setting yet, but will definitely try it. I like that option

Clintb: I've been anxious about getting the APR tune and your post has really made me want it more.

After a few weeks, are you still as enthusiastic? For me, there's always an initial "Wow" factor, then it trails off.

Are you concerned about the warranty issues? How did you justify the risk/benefit?

Do you think the tune will effect the resale value of the car?

Did you consider other companies besides Stasis, i.e. Giac?

Thanks
