Millenium Audi Houston, the worst ever
I have to concur . The WORST car buying experience I have ever had was at Millenium Audi. After I signed on the dotted line the sales manager Moses began yelling and cursing at the finance manager in front of my girlfriend and I. THey ended up not honoring their verbal commitments and during a phone discussion where I was simply trying to arrange for them to fullfill their verbal commitments during the purchase Moses refused to take my call and the used car manager (alvin???) literally told me they were under no obligation once the I had signed the contract. Buyer beware, it's like a shady used car lot there, no honor or integrity.
Anyhow, I love Audi's and had great experiences with Prestige Audi/Porsche in Denver. In Houston we have used momentum and Audi West with decent results. We had a great service experience with audi west and generally good experiences with Momentum (with one exception).
In the end I think you are ok with Audi West or Momentum but I would recommend everyone avoid Milllenium Audi.

What concerns me chaps, is that Audi North America seems to be toothless. I truly thought that with Johan de Nuyschen being the new President Audi H/Q would be taking bad dealers to task. it seems however that the American auto dealers do as they please and, you as customer has no support from the local importer. My son bought an Audi from Millenium when he arrived in Houston and he and his wife had the same bad experience, receiving a deal that was sickening to say the least. Only after listing Millenium on consumer surveys as a bad deal and, in trying to get their rating upped again did they try and arrange some deal. This is nearly two years after they bought their car. I am an absolute Audi fanatic and have instilled that in my kids as well, that was then also the only cars they ever drove in South Africa. This experience had him buy his wife a Merceders R 350, the first time that he has moved away from Audi only. This would never have happened in S.A and the local H/Q would have been upon that dealer in a flash.TIME THAT WE ALL STAND UP AND FIGHT BAD EXPERIENCES

Many faces changed...owner sold his Jaguar dealership in Dallas. This is still the only privately owned Audi dlrshp in Houston. The reason I keep going back is Kevin Wallace -- Audi tech extraordinaire... Their fleet manager, Tony, is great. And they just got a great sales person in Jack from the greater San Diego area. These guys will treat you right.
JMHO. I just bought a 2008 4.2 S-Line on March 1 from them. They've been my go-to dealership for a while. Again, Kevin keeps my cars in top shape. You need to ask for him, though. He is in high demand.

No longer Millinium Audi, under new ownership!!!!!
Previous owners of Millinium sold. Sewell from Dallas has now acquired the Audi dealer. They have an Infinit dealership next door. It is now called Audi North Houston. I bought my audi from them last march. My salesperson was a great guy and got a great deal, but most of the sales staff is new now. They have all new management as well. I went there recently and it was a totally different experience. Everyone was so nice. They communicated with me very well while my A6 was being serviced. It may be the same location, but under new ownership. I'd give it a try again. I'm happy now.
