Default AFC Crank No Start HELP

I replaced the cylinder heads because timing belt slipped, put everything back together, timed it w/o tool and just eyed it out but its off like 1/2 a tooth, checked my grounds and it cranks but doesnt start. Checked codes and it said P0337 so i even replaced both sensors and it still hasent started but it throws no codes. One time i went to start it i heard something like a relay buzzing really quickly on and off and the IC was dim, i shut it off but after a while it came back to normal. I checked relays to see if it was working and they were. I even removed the inj while cranking just to see if they were spraying gas but nothing and circuits were reading 10v. Also pulled out the spark plug boot a little bit to see if spark was jumping / being created but nothing and coils ohm'd out around 12k. I have tested the fuses in the box. I am totally confused and will really like some experienced opinions thanks alot

your cam timing is too far out. get the lock bar and do it right.

Its not the timing. The car will run a whole tooth off on either cam. I know that personally from experience. It will run fine with slight misfire. You've either got something unplugged or two plugs switched. Crank sensor and cam pos sensor need to have their wiring checked. I know there are a couple 3pin connectors that are the same. You nay have one

i got a wiring diagram and it was to my mistake of switching connectors and i got it to start up fine now it revs to about 3100 and starts back firing and wont go any further... i think i was given another set of bent valves heads is what im guessing so i ordered all the valves but any insight on that as well?
