Default Smaller Random Orbital?

I have a PC 7424 and wanted to add a smaller unit to my arsenal. What is the preferred 3-4" size that isn't the price of the Rupees I see on the detailers domain site (Sorry DD)?

Thanks

I think I've seen 3" size at Griot's...may have been pneumatic.

I'd always check at Harbor Fright. Their PC-equivalent unit is quite the value at $49.

Pricey, but there's the electric version:

Looks like a handy tool. It has tempted me in the past but I never pulled the trigger. I got the full size version and a nice pad kit from Phil at DD's. Nice machine, BTW.

They do offer pneumatic in the same size.

I would recommend checking out the Griots Garage 3 Inch Orbital Polisher Kit

The Griots 3 incher is absolutely great to have in your arsenal. We call it the "peanut polisher". Great investment!

Thanks for the feedback all! Looks like some great options there!

I will have quite a large project ahead of me so I will post some additional questions and get your feedback soon.

Why not just get the smaller backing plate for the Porter Cable? They have a 3.5 inch available.
