Default tire pressure

I have 20 inch stock bridgestone Potenza soo1 tires on my rs7. The tire placard in the drivers door jam shows 39 PSI for front and rear pressure, but shows load for 4 occupants only. The ride seems a little stiff even in comfort mode, has anyone heard or tried alternative pressures that would not cause any wear and tear problems for the tires and provide a softer ride.

Coco, welcome aboard!

USA regulations force the B pillar sticker to show MAX Load conditions only. You've got to refer to your Owner's Manual for information on Normal load conditions.
