Default Remove oil filter, remove tension from the accessory belt and remove that. Then...

remove the three bolts on the a/c compressor(?). That will give you enough room to remove the inlet pipe and get to the motor mount. I just did mine Sunday night; not something I'd like to do again.

Default If its already loose, remove the bracket that attaches to the subframe?

you may only have to loosen it some. I can't imagine how you got the inlet pipe off without taking out the compressor, it only took a few minutes to do and was much easier than wrestling the inlet pipe out with it in.
