Picked Amanda up today. (Car's name) had the tires balanced and it fixed the shake. Threw on a steering wheel cover. And drove around a bit.
Noticed it takes a lot of throttle to downshift and boy is she slow. A fair amount of engine noise. Of course I buy a cabriolet the day it rains. So couldn't dig into much today. Here is a shot of the inside.

engine noise, seafoam should help that, and yeah, a manual swap would fix the slow problem:-D, oil change for the trans might help a little

Okay so can I dump seafoam in the current oil, drive 250 or so miles, and change oil and filter or change oil then add seafoam and normal 3-5k OCI?
No cluster lights.. the far right **** is pushed in on cluster. Cant pull out.
Any HID headlights out there that fill up the headlight and marker to give it a clean look?

Looks like I found the headlight housing I want.
1DJ 005 995-071 (left) and 1DJ 005 995-081 (right).
Any recommendations on where to get them?
Also where to relocate the signals to?

Hahahahahahaha. Ha.
Okay. So my fun now begins. Drove the car for first day all is good. About 50 miles or so.
2nd day a rock chips freshly painted hood and chips windshield. I have glass coverage so can get that repaired no problem. Drive to work this morning and cel comes on. ::face palm::
So new plan of action.
Scan code when I get home. Talk to dealer about fixing even though it was sold "as is". Since they clearly reset and didn't disclose a cel condition.
Order voltage reg for cluster since gauges are off and no cluster lights. $48 and 3-5 days.
If all of that gets fixed I will drain and fill transmission.
Then I will order timing belt kit and do wp, t stat, belts, ect.
Antenna is kinked so will need new mast. Haven't looked into wiring or motor yet.

Grillage is 100% right on the antenna. Go to the dealership and buy the thing right now. There are 36 of them out there, minus the one I just ordered as a backup. You can't buy an aftermarket one worth a hoot for $29 so this is a no-brainer. Heck, the mast itself is $70. Unless I am mistaken, there is an easy test for the instrument cluster voltage regulator, which I hope you have done before ordering it. Naturally, you checked the fuse? Instrument cluster removal is really easy. A Bentleys manual would be useful to you.
