Good 2 bed aprartment/house for less then $1,200 in boca raton or ft lauderdale area?

I've tried rent.com and apartmentfinder.com someone suggested to try Sistrunk and NW 5th Court but I can't find any info online about either one. I'll be down there first week of september if that helps...

There are a couple apt complexes on SR 84 by I-95 for about that I think.

I forget the names, but a friend of mine is out there and I think it's around 1200 a month for a 2-2.

if you can stretch you budget a little...

you can take a look at Residences at Bayview. It's right on US-1 right at the Pompano/FLL line. It's a new building complex ~ 3 yrs old. Not sure about availability, but a 2bdrm there start just shy of 1500/mo with garage parking, pool, gym, etc.

Like the others are saying though.. it's getting tough to find anything in that price range & in a decent neighorhood. Esp when you have less ppl buying due to increased interest rate.
