I must stop going to car shows, I went to check the cobras to see if one of them was for sale and I found this AMAZING REAL shelby gt350 1968 the car is drop dead gorgeous, more expensive that I wanted to spend in a "toy" but these cars hold/increase their value over time(or at least that is what I have been telling myself over and over.) wifey loved it.
What's a boy to do?
Anybody has a classic American muscle car like this?, for the price I can get any early 2000s Ferrari, which are so expensive to maintain vs fixing these cars that I think is so easy and cheap.
And I can tell you a Lamborghini will be moved over in a restaurant entrance for a classic shelby.
Any advice guys?

That picture is so stretched that the tires are oval...
It is a beautiful car and increasing in value is a bonus. Since I have driven a Shelby GT 350, I don't remember the performance to be any better than the GTO's and 327 Chevy Nova's. There were a couple of Shelby's, a GTO and a couple of Nova's in the group I hung out with during the early college years. The cars were all fast for the day.
They are both good cars and I think the Cobra will perform better and be noticed more.
