I guess the fact that 90+% of the people who have it will never show any symptoms has to do with it.

I read a recent study, within the last couple months, that they suspect in the US, 70-80% of adults age 18-30 have had it, and as many as 20% are currently contageous. Nice, eh? Makes you want to stick to Rosie and her five sisters.

The most serious is the cervical cancer, and its 100% treatable when detected via regular pap smears.

Its one of those "hope you don't get it, but realistically you probably already have it" kind of things.

They say your odds of having it are 15% per partner you've had, so you don't need too many to be at 100%. Especially for all the AWOT man-whores. ;-)
