i really dislike the board software on tex. ah well.

yes, bars can get dull. but there's gotta be some social group you're in or could join or start a band or local GTG's or something. hell, hang out at Starbucks. on second thought, scratch that.

-Get some expensive clothes and an expensive watch.

-Put a sausage in your pants.

-walk around mid-town or Georgetown in the afternoon and just talk to any girl(s) not accompanied by guys.

That should work

Yea, going to the bars does get old....I at least try to get in touch with different people, different groups of friends, etc. Helps to hang out with different crowds from week to week.

No shame in meeting girls on the web IMHO though, I just don't have time for it right now.

Yeah, 4 years ago I would have written off the internet dating thing. But nowadays I know a few folks with success....

I am working too much to go out every nite like back home...I enjoyed my jack-**** job in FL where I worked a few days a week "from home" and could always sleep in until 9:30 to nurse a hangover.

Understandable...I've actually got so many things going on this week I had to postpone meeting up with a girl last night.....sucks.

And I miss the days of not having to be up till 8, to make it to work by 9

which I don't like. I like to travel, but prefer to go someplace and stay a few days rather than day trips or 6hrs here and then the rest of the day there, etc....

I'm here until at least end of January...then hopefully something a little more exciting.
