Default Edge Racing Bolts - Bad Stuff

Click the image to open in full size.

OK, I do not want to beat a dead horse. Some of you may have seen my post on how ER provided bolts are to short if you run a floating rotor such as StopTech. In addition to being too short these bolts are also cheap. Take a look at the picture.

The bolt on the right is the ER bolt that I had on my car for couple months. (I took them off today from the rear wheels.)

I replaced them with proper Dacromet coated bolts. I highly recommend that if you are running Flik wheels that you get bolts that match the quality of the wheel, not the cheap stuff that ER sent you.

E-mail me if you need a place to get good bolts.

Tomasz

Default You can try ECS tuning... I also have a one set.

$50 shipped for a set - 20 of them.

Shouldn't you be going to sleep now? Gates open at 7:00 AM!

Default Nice meeting you Tomasz!

I'm pretty sure I'll be taking those bolts off your hands. :-)

Default The Azenis / Flik held up on the way back.

On the Edgeracing site, it looks like the wheels are not in stock. I hope they get some more in soon. Oh well, I guess the Sportecs go back on until the next event. I was starting to get used to the lightweight feel and responsiveness of the Azenis and Lex's.
