Default Blog #9 The Beast LIVES!!!

yes i figured out my issue this morning...
I had unplugged the TB *bangs head on keyboard* When the car started up briefly this morning, I saw the check engine light come on so I grabbed the old trusty VWTOOL (yeah I'm old school)...and there it was.

Plugged in the TB and the car idled ok. I actually backed up the car and moved it 20 feet out of the way of the garage.... so it has officially been driven. I need to seat the rings ASAP with a highway drive. I am only pulling down 6 in-hg right now.

Default Low rpm, high load = best for the rings while your hatching is still fresh.

Default Heh, well I bought it Wed. Flying to pick it up on the 20th.

Car is in Richmond, VT! Ugh, yet another 1500 mile road trip back home. Worth it though. Cherry of a car, 3k miles/3 months old. Stole it

And its a 335! No stinkin' NA engines for me ;P
