Tip magnet Part # 4B0713187C does anyone know if this includes the whole assembly

meaning the rubber cover strip and both magnets? I called Shokan and they said they have the "cover strip" but they can't say if that includes both magnets and I can't return it once I buy it. I just want to make sure I'm buying the right part. Here's the pic again. Thanks.
