Question for MMI Nav. plus owners about HD Radio - Page 2

Last month I posted that I also have had poor reception as has been described on this thread. I mentioned that I was going to contact Audi Usa to see if I can get a resolution. Well I've spoken to a rep at Audi Usa who contacted my dealers's service manager and as anticipated there is nothing tyhat Audi can do. My service manager said he has a new A7 and can't get a good HD signal. Whether the problem is the radio or antenna or just HD radio being bad, niobody is sure and there doesn't seem to be a solution. My complaint to Audi was they sold me HD radio with the promise of"crystal clear digital AM & FM with 1000 new station" I felt cheated and asked for compensation. They did end up giving me a $250 Audi credit for my trouble.So if you also find your HD radio doesn't work as it should you should contact Audi Usa and lodge a complait. This way Audi will see they have a problem and mine is not an isolated instance.
