Default Steering Wheel?

Allroad 55,

Just noticed your steering wheel.
Looks different from what I have or have seen...
Not talking about the burl wood trim but the button(s).
I have '03 AR 2.7T automatic/tiptronic.
All I have on my steering wheel are radio head unit controls and looks different from your picture.
Please clarify...
Many thanx in advance...

The buttons are for the tiptronic I believe.
That was an option in 2001 and 2002 I believe.
Retro-fits have been done.

This small diameter steering wheels were included in more than half of AR as standard equipment in Japan.
No radio head unit controls but only has tiptronic button.
Thanks.
