We went off of the 2012 price and subtracted about 2K. $500 down to lock in the price.

Did he mention a 1 - 1.5 % price increase for 2013 you would pay when that price guide comes out or is that the straight purchase?

I believe there was only one option for the s-line. The Black Alcantara.

Untrue, you can upgrade from the Alcantara to all leather. I know b/c I did for my 2013 s5 order (brilliant black on black leather).
