Default Time for upgrades - need a blueprint

So, after a recent accident (cutting the apex of a curve, and the curb clipped the wheel causing way more damage than I initially thought), my beloved 2003 1.8T FWD has lost its pristine status. While I was initially upset about this, I have since come to the realization that now I can finally do some mods that I had always wanted. Definitely the silver lining! I want to update the exhaust, turbo, and it's time for new brakes. I've researched quite a bit online, but this forum has never let me down. So, I'm throwing out the "what would you do" question. Also, other mods that you feel will make an impact would be greatly appreciated. Still on the fence about chipping.
Thank you in advance for the guidance.
