Default Hitch programming problem

I installed the oem audi hitch and wiring harness, brought it down to my local shop and messed around with the computer settings based on some info on the internet(they didn't have the specs but they had the computer. Everything works except the brake lights do not work on the trailer. The turn signals, parking lights, and all the other systems seem to have accepted the trailer. The dash comes up with a warning light saying a brake light bulb is out. Does anybody know where I went wrong? Thanks.

Emmett

I'm in the same boat as you.
