Default Need help with Coil packs and vag com error

Hello,

2005 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro, 167,000 KM.

Changed all 4 coils about 1 1/2 months ago.
Spark plug were change at about 120,000 KM

Got a CEL light on and had friend scan with VAG COM with following:

Address 01 -------------------------------------------------------
Controller: 8E0 909 518 BC
Component: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0040
Coding: 0016711
Shop #: WSC 93246
3 Faults Found:
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
16687 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0303 - 008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
16685 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0301 - 008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

Address 46 -------------------------------------------------------
Controller: 8E0 959 433 BB
Component: Komfortgerát T7B 1612
Coding: 11848
Shop #: WSC 06335
1 Fault Found:
01560 - Passenger Door
59-10 - Can't Unlock - Intermittent

Any ideas what I should check. I read here to clear code, change around coil packs and then rescan. (Will have this done today).

Also read to smoke test to find vacuum leaks. Does anyone know where to smoke test and at what location in engine to start from (At friends place now and he is asking me).

Also, told to disconnect MAF and see if codes go away and only left with MAF code.

Any other suggestions
