That looks like a Bentley wheel with a audi center cap. Audi or VW 4Life(forum member) did this a while back but not sure if its his car or not. I believe its the 19 in wheel for Bentley.

Looks like a Bentley wheel to me, modified somehow in the center cap to get rid of the "B" logo. Newer Bentley wheels for the Continental are the same 5 x 112 bolt pattern and with similar offsets. Its a close cousin to the Audi D3 though w/ a turbo'ed W12 but then the steel body of the Phaeton.
Search on Ebay for Bentley factory/OEM wheels and you will see it, like: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-20-BENTL...#ht_1396wt_956 (not a great price; occasionally Bentley wheels go pretty cheap and I guess a lot of take offs come into the market)
