Manual Transmission Fluid specs

I'm trying to drain and replace my manual transmission fluid. Does anyone know what kind of transmission fluid my car would take? I'm having a hard time identifying it. Also, would you know how much fluid I would need if I do a drain and fill.

I have a manual 2008 S5.

go to liquimoly website and enter your vehicle info
oils can be ordered by napa auto parts stores

you trans oil is 75W90 GL4+ synthetic. DO NOT use GL5!! if you do, make sure it's safe for "yellow metals" or synchros that get f*cked up by the non slip additive/friction modifier placed into GL5 fluids. Redline oil makes a 75W90 GL5 NS. I think it would work, but I'd contact redline to verify/consult with a technician.. it takes 3.8 liters

diff oil is 1 liter same fluid GL4+...

Royal purple may make some
motul as well.

Does the above information apply to the manual transmission in the A5 as well? Someone told me that it's the same exact gearbox, but I don't know for sure if that's correct or not.
