Euro Plates

Has anyone put euro plates on the front of their A7. I was at the dealer asking about options about License plate mounting and they said that they have no option for the Euro style plates on the front of the car. They were also more than happy to charge me over 400 to take the license plate holder off my car and put the full grill on.
