Are you sure you're using the latest update of Adobe Reader?

When I right-click and save the PDF what I get is a 12kb file. When I try opening it with Adobe Reader 9.5.1, which the software reports as being the latest version, it cannot be opened because it is either not a supported file type, or is damaged. I've tried using PDFescape which should open the file directly in the browser and that service reports the file wasn't found.

You need to open it through the site. Once you have it open through the site drag your cursor to the middle/bottom of the viewer and a tab will pop up to save a copy, print, go to the next page etc.

After going to your website, into one of the product listings, and selecting the installation instructions I was able to download the file. The link text you have in your first post of this thread goes to a different file name from the PDF that I was able to download.
