IMO the "core" market for Audi is New England, NY/NJ and parts of the Pacific NW. I live in Boston and there are 5 or 6 Audis parked on my block if I just look out the window. The real value proposition for a lot of people is winter capability, and the quattro requires the 3.0. I think that's why it seems like there are so many 3.0 owners on the board. That said, visiting both the LA and Bay area recently the brand is clearly gaining in popularity everywhere. In LA I'd almost say that the brand was trendy.

Default 2012 A6 Quartz Grey Metallic
Here are pics of my quartz grey metallic with titanium grey and oak inlays. Unique combo that I haven't seen posted here yet. 18" sports package with 1000 miles---loving it so far!!

I'm. Very jealous of the rear shades. They don't offer that in any A6 2012 models. Do they offer that in te EU market? Or was it done by a 3rd party vendor?

the 12 EU version had it available per European posters here. Pretty sure the 13 MY has it

They don't offer that in Korea. They only have them in te A7, A8 and Q7 models in S. Korea.
