1997 A8 Occasional Rough Idle

My A8 has a rough idle that is always noticeable but sometimes gets worse than other times. I can drive half the day and it be not that noticeable, stop the car get back in and it gets allot rougher.

What I have checked:

New Idle air control valve-there was a CEL
New Spark Plugs
Bg44k in the tank 3 separate occasions
Sea-foamed it twice
Checked for Vacuum leaks
Cleaned MAF Sensor
Cleaned Throttle Body

There is no codes for anything now that I replaced the IACV
So I do not know what to do now. Any input would be appreciated.

Check valve timing. If belt timing is correct, the cam chain timing under the valve covers could be off.

Just one guess, if you're getting no codes and have clean gas & injectors.
