I'm in the ball park with what dealers and private sellers are asking for. All the ones I've seen being posted are ones with less options.

In all honesty, I'd love to see you get that for it.

I have an older one, twice the miles, but more options.....and would figure it's worth about 1/2 what yours s listed for.

2005 A6 4.2 with EVERY option available at time of manufacture. (S-line appearance pkg. and adaptive air-ride suspension weren't available on early '05s.

4.5 yrs ago, I paid $30k for it with 29k miles.

Thanks! Ya Kelly blue book has it listed for 27-28k for private sales and 25k for dealer trade in. Looking online, all the compatibles are listed in thoses price lines. However I do understand listed price is different as sold price lol. But I feel this is a fair number for someone looking for a "clean" car with many options with the limited number of ones for sale online. It was bought CPO last year . I don't want to sell it as I love it and have had no problems with it, but I am making the choice to go back to school and don't want to have a car payment holding me back.

I wish you luck but KBB is not realistic IMO. I just purchased a pristine '06 A6 Avant for $5,100 less than the KBB and that was from a dealer with a warranty.

If you want another opinion I think youre a bit high (in price cant speak to your mental state!) Ive been actively in the market and just closed on an '08 A6 avant 62K miles pretty fully loaded (Nav, rear camera, s line) for 21.5K no warranty from a dealer (ford dealer(trade in)).

KBB is WAY overinflated and dont expect to get what a dealer is asking, youre not a dealer.

Like anything all it takes is one buyer but Im guessing 24K or so may get you there
