ECU help please

I have a 2001.5 tip that I just did a conversion to manual on. I also am putting a different motor in (new 2.7) The motor was built in 99. I put the 2001.5 updated manifold on the motor, new K04's among other stuff. Here is my question... the 01.5 came with a hitachi Maf. I purchased a Bosch RS4 maf... Does this mean I cant use the 2001.5 M box ecu? Or should I do a bosch conversion?

Any help would be appreciated

Your easiest route would be to convert the RS4 MAF to hitachi, i think VAST sells the Hitachi conversion.
