Recommendations for a Pre purchase inspection near Sacramento?

Looking to buy an RS4 near Sacramento? Is niello the best place to do an inspection?

Also would love to see if anyone here loves near there that wouldn't mind taking a look for me before I spend $$ on a PPI.
