Default Whistle at idle? alternator? help please

i recently got my alternator replaced by a shop and i got it back with this whistle at idle.. everyone i talked too says its related to the alternator. but the shop refuses that they had anything to do with the noise.. i took a sound clip but the noise is alot more loud and annoying in person than it is on the video.. someone please identify the noise for me!!

When replacing the alternator you need to go new. I had the same noise from 2 cheap rebuilds I bought from RockAuto. What a waste of time replacing this 3 times to save $100. I also replaced the power steering pump thinking that was the problem, how could the new alternator be bad. Good luck
