Got dinged...need some paint

So I got dinged in a Costco parking lot, the *** that did it didnt feel the need to take responsibility and I didnt notice until I got home. The spot isnt big, its about the size of a drop of water. However I do believe that it is down to the metal, the majority of it is white with a gray spot in the middle. There is no noticeable dent and like I said the spot is small.

My cars paint color is quartz gray metallic.

What is the best way to get it fixed?
should I go to a dealer and have them do a touch up? would a body shop even be worth it? DIY kits?

check out dr. color chip. My friend used it on his bmw and says it was better than dealership touch-up paint.
