Default 98 A4 Codes Help

This car has been giving me fits for a while now. All this points to a vacuum leak but all the hose has been replaced. Just kinda stumped as to what I'm missing. These are the only codes. Any ideas?

Those fault codes are not normally indicative of a intake leak; I would expect an intake leak to produce lean codes, not rich.

I would check the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator first. If you're not getting vacuum to it, then your fuel pressure will be too high at idle, which would be consistent with these codes.
