If you're willing to travel, guardian security in Tacoma will do it less than 150 (with a switchblade). Bring in blanks (eBay or whatever) and they will cut that. 35 for a cut and if you have an immobilizor ( don't think you do) they will program for 25.

Ended up ordering a new key from the dealer for 70.
