Default Parasitic Battery?

I am looking for some help here. I have read a number of threads on this subject which were all informative. The issue I have is not helped by the fact that once the bonnet is up I am not much use. (Looking in there I am baffled any could be...)

I have had most Audi models over the years and two years ago found a peach of an RS6 on a 52 plate, this is the first time I have not bought nearly new. It is another amazing car. It's been a bit uphill with replacing the gearbox and sorting things out but, I went into it with my eyes open and the Dealership was ok.

Now I have a battery drain that I am amazed the dealership says it can't find. Everything I have read says these are a nightmare but, in today's world can this be right?

The most frustrating part here is that the dealership have had it repeatedly and return the car saying it does not fault. I then have the car a maximum of 48 hours and the battery dies. This is now the third battery in as many months.

What I need is a company to take it on. I am realistic with costs etc. At this point I don't want to sell the car, even if I wanted to.

Can anyone point me to somewhere that can out do a main dealer in the electrical side of things?

Dealership should be able to find a draw that kills the battery in 48 hours. They are supposed to connect the VAS 5051 amp cable to the battery lead and perform a draw test overnight. That way, they can log the draw amount and see how high it is or see if its an intermittent high draw from a component. I've seen defective LoJack units kill batteries. I would also suspect the Telematics unit, like OnStar as well. If they don't know how to do this, switch dealerships IMO.

That's reassuring that these things should be resolvable by a main dealer. It did seem incredible that the company that built it did not have the in house resource to resolve the issue.
The inference was that the responsibility diminished with the age. I wonder what they would have done if it was under warranty....
I will call a couple of dealers in the absence of any specialist coming forward.

Thanks for the help.
