Default Brake Help

I recently had my brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything worked well for a while but then I started to hear a rubbing sound. Now the pads are rubbing the rotors on all 4 wheels. What would cause this and how can i fix it?

what do you mean exactly. They are supposed to rub on the rotors, that's how they work.

Do you mean they are dragging all the time? How do you know? How do you know its all 4?

I wont speculate until you answer...

describe the rubbing. Tell me about what you did.

- when do they rub? All the time?
- do they heat up when you are to using the brakes?
- explain all the steps you took replacing pads
- all 4?
- are you sure you got the pads in completely straight and true?

Its not terribly complicated, but it must be "just right"

They almost always rub a bit while the "wear in"

I realize you typed this at 12:30 in the morning, but its pretty incoherent....
