Jaguar and some other brands have, or have had, similar deals. I think with Jag, if you buy one of their high performance "R" models, they send you to their driving school in Vegas. Not sure if they are still doing that, or was a limited time offer.
I think its a good idea. Especially for high performance cars, teaching the new owner how to properly handle the car seems to me to be a logical investment of time and money on the part of the manufacterer/dealer. Even for an experienced driver, every car has its quirks... |
