The throw out bearing is loosing it I would assume

I have a similar problem but mine isn't a whine. It almost sounds like a cycling of some sorts. A bearing makes sense to me too but I don't understand why only out of gear and only in first. Like I said. same problem with mine.

time for a clutch job. Make sure you get the whole kit, with pressure plate disc and throwout bearing.
